Brianna is an experienced litigator with expertise in high value disputes, that have included litigation over real estate, partnerships, trusts and estates, accountings, and fiduciary removal suits. She has also spent a significant amount of time counseling private clients in business formation, tax planning, and other complex business areas and therefore brings a practical but creative approach to business and legal issues.

Brianna has acted as counsel in numerous trial and appellate courts around the country.

Brianna’s engagements include:

  • Representing a major real-estate developer in a multimillion-dollar partnership dispute in state court against a former professional baseball player

  • Representing a successful entrepreneur and his business against fraud claims brought by a former business partner

  • Representing various Lead Plaintiffs in a securities class actions alleging fraud claims against publicly listed companies

  • Defending clients from white collar investigations initiated by the United States Department of Justice

  • Challenging the validity of a Last Will & Testament in a multimillion-dollar estate and reaching a settlement on behalf of the heirs-at-law.

  • Defending the fiduciary of a mutimillion-dollar estate from challenges to a Last Will & Testament and Revocable Trust, and successfully obtaining dismissal of substantially all causes of action.

  • Advising clients on legal issues involving their privately owned businesses, including governance matters, succession planning, and shareholder agreements.
